Your Holiday Self Care Tip For Today ~ From The Green Juice Coach!

To start you off on your Twelve Days of Holiday Self Care, I invite you to enjoy at LEAST one green juice per day…that’s 16 ounces baby! Preferably, you will get in 1 or 2 more during the day, but I really want you to give yourself that morning so you can get your day off to a high-rev mode right out of the box! And spread the green juice love!

Here is a green juice recipe with a bit of a twist for you!

The Holly-Berry (Green Juice)

1 cucumber
1/2 medium head of broccoli
6 romaine leaves
4 celery stalks
1/2 lemon (cut yellow skin off)
1-2 rounded teaspoons of Immuno-Build Greens by Rainbow Light (powder)

Run all ingredients through the juicer except Immuno-Build Greens powder. After juicing, stir in the desired amount of powder supplement. The powder is sweet and has pomegranate, blueberry and cranberries to name just a few of the ingredients…thus, Holly (for the season and the green) and Berry (for the berries in the powder) – The Holly-Berry Green Juice!

Enjoy!

  3. I have never had green juice before. We had a juicer when I was married but never made green juice. I did just this past summer have my first green smoothie. That was yum. So now, I’m trying to explore that (as a juicer is not in the future any time soon). Great way to get all of those great nutrients. :)

Looking forward to the 12 days of wellness tips.

LOVIN the great tips and website Tina!! I’ve been following your blog since we met online during Karens Rawganized program :-) Bought a juicer last summer, but have never used it. I definitely want to, but need to know how to simplify the process & make cleanup quick and easy!! Been doing green smoothies every day for years, but feel my body is craving the nutrients from green juice. Would like more info on how juicing affects blood sugar vs. green smoothies. Looking forward to learning more great stuff from your site!!
