Green Juice Fast – The Day After – Weight Loss Results & So Much More!

So, here we are – the “Day After” my 10 Day Green Juice Fast! So exciting! In this video, I reveal my weight loss total, along with the inches lost from my waist and hips. Very cool results!

I also share some other juicy tidbits concerning a juice fast / juice feast specifically around mindset, self-acceptance and body awareness. These three items are so critical to healthy lifestyle success…for some, seeking guidance in one or more of these areas can be exactly what is needed. Do not be afraid of this idea…the outcome can be very powerful and potentially change your struggle with weight, or some other self-image issue forever. Green juicing can be the start of a whole new way of thinking, doing and being…I invite you along for the ride of (and for) your life…

Green Juice Fast Day 10 – Will I Be Hungry On a Juice Fast?

So, here it is…the last day of my green juice fast! I am happy and sad that this day has arrived….happy because I am ready to enjoy some chewing, and sad because this has been quite a journey of discovery!  The power of fasting has been amazing and I know this will be something I do again in the future.  I do like to have a weekly “All Liquid Day”, but these are a bit different than green juice fasting – they are explained a bit more in my upcoming “Juice Yourself Healthy” guide which will be available very soon! Will I Be Hungry on a Juice Fast?

Surprisingly, I share that I haven’t really had any big challenges on this fast – not even hunger. Why? Because when you are drinking green juices you are receiving so many nutrients (and micro-nutrients) that your body is not in need of anything more…it is not craving more because it has been satisfied – truly satisfied. This is one reason why some people can eat a lot, and still feel unsatisfied and be eating more before they really should be or want to be….in other words, they start on the spiral of overeating in a big way! This is because they are eating foods with little-to-no true nutrients that the body needs and recognizes, and the body responds by sending messages out that it needs more. However, that signal isn’t truly meaning more food, it is saying, “I need more NUTRIENTS!”…the real stuff, the real deal…in other words – whole, plant-based foods! So, no matter if you are on a fast or not, green juicing can supplement your goals of weight loss, vitality, a healthy lifestyle, feeling sexy, and so much more!

To really get the all the benefits of a what a green juice fast can do for you, I highly encourage you to watch all the videos in this series. Each day has a little different insight and most have a recipe too (like this one!). Some are quite short, and I believe this one is the longest, so watching them won’t take much time at all. Look at it as an investment in you!
