Laughter Everyday…
Are you stressed?
Are you laughing enough in your everyday life?
If your worried about money, health, family, you’re not alone.
There is a lot of stress on this planet, but what I have learned is that the one way to make your life more upbeat is laughter.
Watch this video (click on the pic!) for the reasons why laughter should be a must do in your everyday life. Note: It’s going to take you to another web page, but make sure to pop back on over here and leave a comment. I adore reading what you have to share. See you soon…after you watch the video.
In the comments below, tell me this:
What are you going to do to ensure that you have laughter everyday? What are some things that bring laughter into your life?
Leave as much detail as you can because I want to know because you might have a great idea for me or for someone else.
Here are some things I do to make me laugh: I make sure to surround myself by funny people, I make sure to follow people on Twitter who are funny, I make sure to goof around with my family, friends and clients. That is just to name a few.
As always, much gratitude for watching and sharing the yummy videos. So glad to see you here on Tina’s site. Now don’t forget to type your name and email below so you can get your free guide of all the fabulous tips to self care. Yay!
xoxo

My daughter and my fur babies give me lots of laughter daily. We have two dogs and two kittens. Three of which are very playful and always on the go. They’re always getting into something and keep me on my toes.
These are great tips Alara! Laughter and healthy food, two things that we so need.
Laughter is so important and yet so many do so little of it, I laugh everyday because I spend my days with Cemaaj and though we have been together every day for 10 years in feb we still make one another laugh…and I spend time with people that make me laugh, there comes a time when you just have to say no to the negative ones and embrace the positive ones.
Always good to get everyone to think about laughter and how to incorporate more into daily laughter, after all happiness is contagious, so lets all spread a little happiness
I love that my boyfriend and I have so much fun with each other and really get each other. Not a day goes by that we don’t make each other laugh! And it really does help my mood. You’re so right, Alara!
Such great advice! I had chronic fatigue – it was a serious case and I’m sure the only thing that got me through it was laughing; watching comedies and surrounding myself with people with a great sense of humour.
Thanks for the reminder
Christine
I love this! Laughter and love are all we need, right? I ensure laughter in my life by marrying a hilarious man that helps keep me light. So lucky!
I love this concept! Very inspiring. Made me realize I need to lighten up a bit–will do this by seeking out funny people in my life…and maybe check out the local comedy club? thanks!! Michelle
Love this post! Thank you for reminding me about Laughter. I need to lighten up!

Yes, laughter is so important! It definitely helps with stress. Finding a way to get myself to laugh raises my mood instantly… especially when I get to laugh with others.
Thanks Alara!
@Jennifer Duchene…I totally agree with you that what we eat, think and feel creates who we are. I often tell that to my clients and its a big part of the work that I do for myself as well as those around me. Love it.

@Christine…love what you shared and thank you for doing so. It’s amazing how many stories I have heard with people who have dis-ease in their bodies how laughter and love can heal them. It’s powerful and natural which always amazes me how we have it in us to heal.

Hi Alara
Thanks for reminding me of the importance of laughter. I take life too seriously, live alone, and although I enjoy things like dancing and walks, they don’t make me laugh! So it’s time to get out the Mr Bean videos, and I’d appreciate tips on other ways to bring laughter back into my life.

this is a brilliant self-care tip !! i know first hand, as someone who is disabled and deals with a lot of pain everyday that when i have someone around me who makes me laugh, i don’t feel it as much. it really helps my pain & symptoms almost disappear. thanks for reminding me of this.
Thanks for great tip! It brings be back to the old saying, “laughter is the best medicine”.
